Our mobile low-pressure membrane units can provide a long-term solution or emergency relief for municipal and industrial water treatment applications. The containerized systems are quickly and easily installed to begin producing high-quality water within four hours of arrival on site. 

 

Units are available in an array of capacities, ranging from 45 gpm to our new high capacity T96 model, capable of delivering over 1400 gpm (10 - 320 m3/hr), the highest capacity on the market. By combining multiple units, the Aria™ FAST can scale to meet any capacity requirement. Units can also be combined with our IMPRO reverse osmosis units when additional treatment is required.

New Jersey American Water: Enabling Preventative Maintenance and Meeting Increased Seasonal Demand

THE CHALLENGE: In 2014, officials in New Jersey were determined to implement a water filtration system as they sought to provide additional water production capacity in order to take clarifiers off-line for preventative maintenance. Additionally, the county wanted a way to supplement its water supply from the Swimming River Reservoir as this alone was unable to meet peak demand in the summer months. THE NEED: In order to solve these challenges, New Jersey American Water began qualifying various mobile membrane units. THE SOLUTION: Aria FAST technology was chosen as the solution, providing additional capacity that provided residents with the water they needed, enabling preventative maintenance on an existing system.

Peru Gold Mine: High Efficiency Mobile Membrane System Rapidly Restores Plant & Protects Environment

THE CHALLENGE: In 2015, a gold mining plant in Peru at 3,000 meters of altitude sought to protect its existing reverse osmosis (RO) unit from contaminated leachate water. An operator found that the plant’s conventional treatment, consisting of neutralized and treated leaching water, could not provide a stable and high quality stream of water for mining production. THE NEED: The plant required a quick, reliable wastewater solution to not only meet peak demand in the summer months, as well as treat the mine leachate and prevent the existing RO membrane from collapsing or releasing contaminated water into the environment. Compounding the challenge was the geographical nature and environment of the Peruvian plant. THE SOLUTION: The ideal solution would be able to operate with a quick delivery rate and small footprint for the plant given the difficult restrictions.
